The gastronomic tour of the famous chefs of Italian hotels from the Orient-Express collection will take place in Moscow. These are Roberto Villa from Hotel Splendido & Splendido Mare (Portofino), Roberto Toro from Grand Hotel Timeo (Taormina, Sicily) and Attilio di Fabrizio from Villa San Michele (Florence). The tour will take place in the Baltschug 5 restaurant. During the gastronomic days, a special menu from the chefs will be presented, valid until February 20.
As part of the gastronomic tour, a gala dinner will be held on February 19, with the participation of the Italian Ambassador to Russia, Cesare Maria Ragaglini. Sicilian musician Carmello Strazzeri is invited to the evening, who will create the atmosphere of an Italian evening with guitar solo. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the evening. The 14th S. Pellegrino Cooking Cup competition has ended. The spectacular yacht regatta, combined with a culinary competition, gathered 41 vessels that started at the Venetian Lido and finished off the island of San Giorgio. The day of competition began for the participants of the regatta along with a visit to the famous Realto market, where at dawn the young chefs were able to personally choose and buy ingredients for their competitive dishes.

Dinner in the Sky, Belgium
Only a very brave people can reserve a table in the Brussels-based Dining Room in the Sky. Because you have to dine at an altitude of 50 meters – this is approximately the level of the 16th floor.

The restaurant consists of a huge crane that will raise the platform, which will accommodate a table and 22 guests. Moreover, you can either order the entire table, or several places, in which case you will be seated next to the same extremals.
