Occupying four rooms on the ground floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace, this restaurant prepares modern Italian cuisine: vitello tonato with celery and tuna and caper sauce, spaghetti di graniano on a pillow of tomato fondue and fried sea bass with white zucchini, squid and caramelized tomatoes.
