This year, TripAdvisor users recognized St. Petersburg’s Percorso as the number one gourmet restaurant in Russia. Occupying four rooms on the ground floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace, this restaurant prepares modern Italian cuisine: vitello tonato with celery and tuna and caper sauce, spaghetti di graniano on a pillow of tomato fondue and fried sea bass with white zucchini, squid and caramelized tomatoes. 17 Russian establishments are in the list of 1000 best restaurants in the world
For the second year in a row, the French La Liste ranking has published a list of the 1000 best restaurants in the world that are worth visiting in the coming year.
