The team analyzes the business model of a restaurant and crosses out extra costs, such as plastic straws and containers. According to general director Lucy Cullen, the company recommended one restaurant to abandon one-time candles in favor of LED ones, as a result of which the restaurant saved about $ 1800 per year. The terus says that thanks to their efforts, they have already managed to reduce the amount of waste by 61 thousand pounds (about 28 tons), and the restaurants were able to save more than 27 thousand dollars.
